Hi my name is David Swanson, and I am the owner of Reverse Mortgage Solutions in North Haven, CT. We are very excited to be able to provide information and tips for seniors during this difficult economic time, and for many years to come. To get things started, here’s a little about me:

Mortgage solutions, inc. has been lending in the Connecticut market place since 9/28/1988. The President and CEO is David S. Swanson. At msimortgage.com we have over 16 years of lending experience as a business and a cumulative lending experience among our employees of over 200 years.

David has over 20 years mortgage experience.

David has been active in the mortgage industry since 1986, beginning with Citicorp Mortgage, Inc. as a Mortgage Power Account Executive.In September 1988 he started Mortgage Solutions, Inc. in North Haven within walking distance from our present location.

David brings to the company his vast knowledge of the mortgage business and has helped many people to become homeowners in the Greater New Haven, Hartford and Fairfield County areas of Connecticut.David received his education from Southern Connecticut State University with a Business Economics Degree and Marketing concentration. He was one of the original Founders and a Captain of the Southern Connecticut State University’s Men’s Rugby Club.
