Welcome to our new mortgage / reverse mortgage blog for New Lenox and the surrounding areas!
We are very excited to be able to communicate with, and educate our community on all of the options available to them for traditional mortgages and reverse mortgages.
Here’s a little about me (Bill) to get things started:
Bill Mrowczynski
As an adjunct instructor, Mrowczynski teaches Organizational Communication, Corporate Change and Strategic Planning at Roosevelt University. Bill has most recently been recruited as an adjunct instructor for Lewis University in their newly developed BAOL, or Bachelorette of Arts Organization Leadership. He specializes in team development, individual goal setting and presentation techniques.
Bill has worked in both large and small corporate cultures in the technology and banking sector. As a Vice President with LincolnWay Community Bank in New Lenox, IL. he is responsible for the residential lending division. In addition, Bill serves on the Bank’s Marketing Committee as well as its Internal Compliance Review Team.
Bill is passionate about the team environment and often describes the importance of “having the right players on the bus as preventative blood pressure medicine,” in addition to leading an organization to fulfilling its goals. Bill has also served as a sales trainer, sales manager, attended sales training from Los Angeles to Chicago and continues to perfect his sales abilities through teaching, networking, mentoring, coaching and of course, raising children.
Bill is also a very active Rotarian and serves as the President of the Rotary Club of Lockport, with the goal to rid the world of Polio. Bill also serves as the current Chairman of the Police Commissioner Board for the City of Lockport, IL.
